Doizieux belongs to the Pays du Gier and the Pilat Regional Nature Park and has a special characteristic – it has two town centres (Saint-Just and Doizieux).
The commune stretches over more than 2/3 of forest. The crest line which has formed delimits the commune. Doizieux has a superb panorama to offer you over the Vallée du Rhône and the Alps.
